A3: It’s a free service, we don’t charge for quotations.

Q4: Do you have any professional memberships?
A4: Yes, we are a member of  Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and CORGI.

Q5: Do you provide guarantee?
A5: All our work comes with a minimum of One Year Guarantee.

Q6: Do you have any third party insurance backed  guarantee?
A6: Yes, we offer you a 10 year Masterbond warrantee for all our work. (For conditions visit www.fmb.org.uk)

Q7: Do you have good references?

Q8: Do you have insurance for the work you do?
A8: Yes, £ 5 million Public Liability,  £10 million Employers Liability and Plant Insurance at all times.

Q9: How does Union Construction work?
A9: Once the client is agreed the price of the quotation, we sign standard contract  with fair terms and payment schedule to complete the specific job.

Q10: What about the completion and certificates for building work , plumbing  and electrical work?
A10: All our work will be completed to receive the Local Building Control completion certificate. All the gas – plumbing work will receive the CORGI certification and all the electrical work will receive NICEIC certification.
